I am definitely a mood rea...Great topic, as always. I am definitely a mood reader and need to be in the mood to read something. TBR piles/lists just don't really work for me. Sometimes I'll just tell myself I'll read a certain book this month and then it usually doesn't work out. I honestly wouldn't be able to restrict myself to a set amount of books. It usually works if I am doing a read-a-long or a buddy read with somebody because I'm a little more motivated to actually read the book.
